Dr. Mike Messina - Veterinarian

Dr. Mike Messina was born and raised in Philadelphia and now lives in Cheltenham, Pennsylvania with his wife and two children.

After completing his internship in Boston, he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and has been caring for pets as a veterinarian for over fifteen years.

Dr. Messina has a special passion for surgery and dentistry, and he is deeply committed to creating a calm, fear-free experience for both cats and dogs. He believes that minimizing stress leads to better care and healthier, happier pets.

When he’s not in the hospital, Mike enjoys games of all kinds, reading, and exploring new foods. At home, he shares his life with Freya, a Norwegian Buhund, and Poe, a black cat—both beloved rescue pets.
