Dr. Kwong grew up in central New Jersey and earned her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University before completing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
She has been practicing veterinary medicine in the outer suburban Philadelphia area since 2023 and was excited to join Rau Animal Hospital in 2025.
Dr. Kwong’s love of animals began early, growing up riding an off-the-track Thoroughbred horse named Tazz in English jumping and helping care for her family’s dogs. That lifelong bond with animals continues to shape her compassionate, thoughtful approach to patient care.
In her free time, Dr. Kwong enjoys reading science fiction, playing video and board games, trying new foods, and spending time with her partner, Peter, along with their cat, Sashimi, and their snake, Taquito.
