Dr. Kotloff is originally from Wantagh, New York, a close-knit community on Long Island’s South Shore.
She moved to Philadelphia to attend the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and remained in the area until 2014, when she relocated to Northeast Ohio. After practicing veterinary medicine in Ohio for five years, she was excited to return to Philadelphia and rejoin Rau Animal Hospital in 2019.
After raising three sons in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, Dr. Kotloff now lives in Flourtown, Pennsylvania with her husband and their rambunctious Australian Labradoodle, Eli.
Outside of the hospital, she enjoys reading and spending quality time with friends and family, values that carry over into the compassionate, relationship-focused care she provides to her patients and their families.
