you that during your pet’s visit, he or she will receive care
from the same doctor and nurse through the entire duration of your
visit. Don’t worry about explaining the same symptoms over
and over again as various different nurses enter the exam room, explain
your pet’s condition once and receive the optimal care you
deserve in a timely manner.

Calls The medical staff at Rau conducts
routine Care Calls to follow-up on all of our sick pet patients.
Not only does this provide feedback on your pet’s recovery,
but also gives you the opportunity to ask questions regarding any
medications or follow-up instructions.

Summaries Our staff is dedicated to your
pet’s health, and your well-being, so Rau provides immediate
Surgical Summaries to all of our clients to comfort them with the
outcome of their pet’s surgery. You receive a personal call
from your pet’s technician immediately after the procedure.

Conference Want a second opinion on your
pet’s condition or progress? The entire Rau team huddles regularly
in our Care Conference to stay in-the-know on hospital happenings
and discuss cases that require a more comprehensive approach. Our
team of doctors, nurses, and technicians work together to provide
an accurate diagnosis of your pet’s condition. We also have
extensive resources that allow us to consult with specialists nationwide
on more difficult cases. With Rau, there is always a full team of
qualified doctors in your court looking out for you and your pet.

Refills Simply fill out our contact form
and highlight whether you would like to be notified via email, by
phone, in a text message, or a combination of the three when your
pet’s prescriptions or specialty food is available for pick-up. Your
items are set aside so you can get in and out of our office in a
timely manner. Just need a refill? Simply log on to your Pet
Portal and take advantage of our Rapid Refills. Request your
refill online and we contact you as soon as your refill is ready.

Partition We understand that even the calmest
dogs and cats can become anxious in a hectic, noisy waiting room.
Our Pet Partition offers a quieter area for patients that are stressed
in social situations. Separated by a half-wall, your restless pet

while you wait! Once in the exam room, we help your pet relax by
providing toys for a brief playtime.
